The Archery Team from Sappington Elementary
participated in the Saint Louis Shootout on February 13th. The team took third
place, the first Saint Louis County school to place in the St Louis regional tournament . Mary Driemeyer and Chris Thomson, PE teachers at Sappington, coach
the team. Maura Clancy, a fifth grader at Sappington, took first place in the
girls elementary division. She will travel to Osage Beach on March 18th to shoot
at the State Tournament.
