Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

We celebrated the Wonderful Dr. Seuss all week! We read LOTS of his books and did a STEM project on his actual birthday.  For this activity, we read Ten Apples Up On Top. Then we were challenged to build a structure that was at least one yard tall. The structure had to support an apple - or a stack of apples! Every group was successful! Many groups succeeded in stacking multiple apples on their structure.  Our record was 5 apples!

100th Day Buddy Day Fun!

We helped our buddies celebrate the 100th Day of School! Our kindergarten buddies were making 100 Day monsters.  We helped them paint 10-frames. It was great array practice for us!
